I learned, at a very early age, the importance of a strong work ethic, diligence, organization, and ambition. Growing up, my family’s always taught a willingness to work and an ability to keep a positive attitude in adverse working conditions.

Keeping up with studies, work, and  extracurricular activities while struggling to be a single parent has been the most difficult part of my life. I raised 2 amazing young adults while spending many hours at hockey rinks and soccer fields across BC. Throughout these years, I maintained stable employment, which stands testament to my organizational and time management skills. These traits, along with the deeply rooted values and beliefs instilled in me by my family, continue to shape my future.

In June 2020, I received my designation (CAE) as a Certified Association Executive from the Canadian Society of Association Executives.  With a professional background ranging from hosting 1000+ conference attendees, the creation of an awards and gala events, countless golf tournaments, strategic planning portfolios, and executive round tables, I am qualified and suitable for any opportunities available to executive candidates.

I view my education as a collaged quilt of academic training and practical experience that grows with my every accomplishment. These, collectively, are a representation of who I am as an employee and life-long learner.
